Description
"Le Sorgenti" is situated in Norcia (PG), Casali Legogne and is a part of the old farm Cecconi built in 1806.
This rural building was composed of cattle shed and hayloft in the ground floor, while the upper floor was used for house for the farmer with a room for the shepherd because people used to guest those who worked in the farm.
The name "Le Sorgenti" (Sources) comes from the big and peculiar presence, even in the house, of pure spring water. The restoration project aimed to preserve the building historical peculiarities joining modern comforts with a perfect integration between actual materials and traditional building techniques such as wooden ceilings or stone structures.
